Celebrate all of the amazing mothers in your life with us in the Walloomsac Taproom on May 11th! We are welcoming all at 11:30am on Mother's Day for another delicious and specially curated menu by Chef Theresa Sukuskus. We’re also hosting an Artisan Maker’s Market with wooden charcuterie boards, local jewelry, flowers, hand thrown pottery and sweet treats from a local gardener baker.

ASPARAGUS SOUP WITH GOAT CHEESE PROSCIUTTO TOAST
A comforting bowl of creamy asparagus soup, enriched with olive oil and fresh herbs, served with prosciutto and herbed goat cheese toast $14

Crisp baguette slices toasted to perfection, generously topped with zesty lemon cream cheese, savory smoked salmon, briny capers, and fragrant fresh dill $16

Breakfast sandwich with Yushak's Market bacon or sausage, a fried egg, and Vermont cheddar cheese served on a toasted Willhy's English muffin. Includes red skinned homefries $15

Classic southern dish features plump shrimp sautéed with bacon, mushrooms, and herbs,
served over creamy, cheesy grits $19

AFFOGATO
A lassic Italian coffee-based dessert featuring a scoop of creamy, malted vanilla ice cream sourced from the renowned Chocolate Barn in Shaftsbury, Vermont.
