To honor the wonderful fathers in our community, Brown's Brewing Company at Walloomsac is delighted to present a special menu crafted specifically for Father's Day 2025. We aim to create a memorable experience filled with good food, great beer, and warm hospitality. 

To express our gratitude and kick off your celebration, please accept our complimentary gesture: your first pint of our handcrafted Brown's beer is on us.  OLD BAY CRAB CAKES

NEW ENGLAND LOBSTER ROLL DUO
Celebrate Father's Day with our lobster duo special: two mouthwatering lobster rolls. Select from our classic roll featuring warm, buttered lobster nestled in a toasted New England roll, or our seasoned, mayo-based lobster creation. Each option comes complete with Saratoga chips and crisp dill pickles, creating an ideal feast. Choose two of the classic, two of the mayo-based, or one of each $42 

BABY BACK RIBS & LITTLENECKS
Indulge in a delightful Father's Day feast featuring our succulent baby back ribs, slow-roasted to perfection and finished with our signature Brown's Oatmeal Stout barbecue sauce. Paired with a generous portion of one dozen steamed littleneck clams, served alongside rich melted butter, savory salt potatoes, and sweet corn-on-the-cob. A truly satisfying and memorable meal $36.

COWBOY STEAK
A succulent 12oz. wood-fired grilled ribeye steak, cooked to perfection and generously topped with our unique and flavorful rodeo butter. This culinary delight is complemented by a generously loaded twice-baked potato, bursting with creamy goodness, and accompanied by fresh, sweet corn-on-the-cob $33

PEANUT BUTTER PIE
Indulge in our colossal Peanut Butter Pie, a heavenly treat reminiscent of an enormous peanut butter cup.  Drizzled with rich Hershey’s chocolate sauce and topped with a cloud of whipped cream, it's pure decadence $9
