Sunday in Troy is getting tastier as we bring back our Sunday Brunch to the Taproom. Our first brunch will be on Sunday, April 12 and then the first Sunday of each month starting in May. No reservations required. Come as you are!

Croque Madames 
Ham & gruyere cheese between crusty sourdough bread, topped with a  rich bechamel sauce & an overeasy egg 16

Shrimp & Grit Croquettes 
Shrimp, grits, bell peppers & white cheddar cheese croquettes, fried golden brown with a cajun remoulade 15

French Toast Casserole 
Topped with candied pecans, fresh berries and a side of maple syrup 16

Breakfast Burrito 
Scrambled eggs, hash browns, pico de gallo, shredded pepperjack cheese & bacon in a cheddar jalapeno wrap with a side of salsa 17

Eggplant Parmesan Sandwich 
 Fried eggplant, arugula & fresh basil, mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce on a crusty baguette with a balsamic glaze 17

Bacon, spinach, tomato, cheddar jack cheese & sunny side up eggs on a gluten free cauliflower crust with a avocado aioli drizzle 20
